I recently was diagnosed with fibrocystic breast change, and am following the doctor's recommendation to avoid caffeine. The doctor didn't send me to have a mammogram done, and at the time I didn't think to ask him about it. Considering that my breasts are rather lumpy should I be getting a baseline mammogram ?. I'm 32, in good health. I've been trying to do breast self-exams, but in all that lumpiness I would likely miss a real lump. Thank you in advance for your help.
