closed fallopian tube

I had a laparoscopy 3 weeks ago, and my gyn. found minor endometriosis in the pelvic wall and one of the tubes closed. He also said the closed tube looked very healthy from the outside, but the dye would'nt pass through. He said that having one open tube is good enough to get pregnant. This confuses me and I was wondering why he didnt do anything to open it up. Does anybody have a similar problem and what are they doing about it? Any kind of input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Kavi
