Chronic pain is a terrible thing to live with and you have my sympathy.

In the U.S. we have vulvar clinics around the country at University hospitals that deal specifically with vulvar and vaginal pain. They see the patients that other doctors are unable to help. I would suggest you seek one of these clinics out in Canada or the U.S.
