Not unreasonable at all. Your plate sure is FULL. Sorry about mom and happy about the (+) pregnancy test.

A bigger concern to me is your blood pressure. I know what you said about the coffee but I'd recommend a home BP monitoring system and follow it carefully. If it stays elevated, medication might be necessary. If it is elevated, treatment with drugs safe in pregnancy is safer than no treatment.
