1)The cervical polyp may or may not have been the cause of the bleeding. See how the next few months go.

2)The back and hip pain sounds like musculoskeletal problems - possible bulging or dislocated disc. This may require a visit to your PMD (private medical doctor) or orthopedist. An orthopedic-spine specialist (depending upon whether or not one is available in your area) can also be a good choice.
