Make sure, as best you can, that you don't get constipated. The best treatment is delivery. If these measures don't work, see your doctor or a covering doctor. Occasionally, a hemorrhoid can become thrombosed (a clot forms in it) and these can only be treated surgically. Been there, done that, never got the T-shirt.
