Someone recently asked about websites that contain journal articles, etc. There is an article delivery database called Uncover that contains articles going back to 1988 covering many subject areas, including medicine. You can do searches for free, which can save a lot of leg work. Articles cost $10 each, plus additional copyright fees. If it's too expensive, you can at least get the info you need and go to your library armed with the necessary info. You can access via web or telnet. The web address is http://uncweb.carl.org/ Be sure to read the section giving you more specifics. Hope this helps!
