I am bleeding heavily, which has not changed since the day I delivered. I soak five+ pads per day, and pass at least half a dozen large (the size of kiwi's) clots per day. I am experiencing some cramping pain as well. I am breastfeeding. I am tired most of the time and feel it is due to this situation with bleeding. My OB doesn't think this is unusual. Is he right?
