Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: painful & nauseating periods" My symptoms are as follows: heavy periods (approx 1 1/2 to 2 cups bleeding), during day or two before and first 2 days of period I have dull abdominal pain (mod to severe), nausea (mod to severe), fatigue (mod to severe), sometimes slight cramping (tolerable), I also have pain upon penetration during intercourse.
