-- Dear Barbara, as mentioned previously I'm having a hard time understanding the response process so I will give it another try. Thank you for the info. you shared. I called my surgeon I have been seeing this morning and the reply from his reception after I conveyed problem was that there was no rush, this could wait another week or two. I called my primary care physician and spoke directly with her - read her my internet message and Dr. Marchbein's reply - she said a few days wouldn't matter and scheduled to see me on Dec. 24. She will be scheduling mammogram then as well. I have to say given the response of my surgeon and Dr. Marchbein's I would rather err on the side of receiving immediate care and being pushy about it rather than wait and wish I hadn't. Would you mind sharing what it was that grew so fast? Will keep you informed...and thank you for the kind words. Have to ask what else can go wrong with the body!!
