I've been diagnosed with severe dysplasia and have a LEEP, (and possible cone biopsy) scheduled in a few weeks. Last night I started having very heavy uterine bleeding on day 19 of my cycle. It has continued all day today and is a lot heavier than a normal period for me. I've not had any cramping, however. I live in Norway and can't get the doctor, which I will be seeing in England, on the phone. I also had similar abnormal bleeding for 2-3 months after moving here this past summer, which normalized on it's own. This episode is only different in the amount of bleeding I've now had. I've had severe dysplasia in the past and didn't have any bleeding, so I don't know that it should have anything to do with the dysplasia, but I really need a physician to advise and, hopefully, reassure me. Thank you so much in advance for any response.
