It's so great you want to do this, not just for yourself but your unborn child. Do not give up hope. It takes most people several times to stop smoking. Keep telling yourself you CAN do this. If you have a not good day tell yourself I will do better tomorrow. Set small goals and reward yourself for reaching them. Let us know how you do. Also the American Lung Assoc and the American Cancer Assoc have booklets they will send you with tips on how to stop and how to stay smoke free.
