Dr Marchbein I wanted to thank you for answering this question and the
others I have asked. You and this forum have been a really big help to
me. I will cut down to 10 and then try to take it from there and quit
totally. Maybe if I can lower the amount of nicotine in my body little
by little it will make this easier for me.
