Check the archives on polycystic ovaries. In the last couple of weeks we went over this including a discussion and web site for more info about Metformin, a drug similar to Triglitazone. Just so you are aware, there was a recent report and info was sent to docs about Triglitazone, possible liver problems and how to test patients before and during treatment.
