I would strongly recommend against travelling while waiting for the miscarriage to occur. It could happen at any time and you could have a lot of bleeding and could need to have an emergency D & C wherever you are when it happens. It is best to be around home and people who know you when something like that happens. I would recommend that you either get the D & C done or delay your trip to P.R. until after it happens.
