BLNM: Better Luck Next Month. My cycle has ended two days early. On to more Clomid or anything else that I can get out of my doctor. As the day has gone by, I am beginning to adjust to another inconceivable month. As a new period begins, I wonder what the future holds. To add to the wonder, my husband has had a swollen lymph node in his groin for the past month. An antibiotic may have helped the pain he felt only a few weeks ago, but the enlargment continues as before. A complete n/f health screen blood test was ordered a few weeks ago. All came back fine, but a borderline cholesterol. A follow-up visit on Friday showed yet another swollen lymph node, around the right temple, I think. The doctor ordered a CBC and will call with the results Monday. This has my DH scared, of course, thinking the worsed--Hodgkins. Somehow, I really doubt that this the case. Whatever does come out, the doctor is not impressed with it as of yet. I have made a decision, at least for now, not to schedule any more HPT. If I plan ahead, AF arrives early. This is getting too depressing. This will be my last chance now for a summer/late summer baby. I am feeling frustrated right now and scared to think what the doctor might say to me this week when I go in. It has been a year of tears and fears, hopes and prayers. If anyone out there has word of any so-called fertility secrets, I'd be happy to try anything---almost! ~~ AnnMarie
