Hyst. Pathology Report

I just had my 2 week post-op total hyst. My doctor did not have my pathology report with her and thus had to fax it to me. I don't understand all of it. I would appreciate it if someone could help me. The nurse called only to say that no cancer was found.

This is what it says.

Uterus Weight-103grams Measurement-6.0 x 5.5 x 2.0cm. serosa-tan-pint cervix-surface-multiple nabothian cysts, 0.5 cm. endometrial cavity-tan-pink, thickened endometrial thickness-0.4cm myometrium thickness-1.5cm

Diagnosis uterus, hysterectomy acute and chronic cervicitis with squamous metaplasia and nabothian cyst formation; early secretory endometrium; unremarkable myometrium.
