Thrush treatment when pregnant

Here in Australia they have just released a one dose treatment for thrush (yeast infection). I am wondering if it is safe to use in pregnancy? It is the same drug (Clotrimazole) as I have been prescribed in previous pregnancies, but higher dosage pessary (500mg) instead of cream that you use every night for 7 nights. It seems a better alternative as the result would be quicker and less messy! Thanks in advance for your advice! By the way, I am in my 30th week.
