Breast Tenderness

I am nine weeks pregnant. I had an early scare regarding my HCG level not being as high as my OB thought it should be. He ordered an ultrasound and it showed a heartbeat. My hubby and I were NOT really comfortable with the results because it seemed that both the tech and the doctor (not my OB) reading it were a little confused. They were having a hard time figuring out if it was MY heartbeat or the BABY's they were hearing. The heart rate was only between 110-120. When I talked to my OB after the test he said not to worry but just to keep an eye on my breast tenderness. Now for my question. Is it normal for your breast tenderness to change from day to day? Some days they have been sore and some days they arent. It keeps scaring me. I have voiced my concerns about the ultrasound to his office but I think they have fallen on deaf ears. I was told twice to call the administration at the hospital, which is NOT the issue at all. Am I just worrying too much??
