One aunt has already had a masectomy from >breast cancer (one breast, then the other). > >Thanks again, >Laura For my patients who have fibrocystic breast changes and have difficulty examining themselves, I recommend stopping caffeine (coffee, tea, colas and chocolate) andstartng Vitamin C 1000mg, Vitamin E 400 IU and Vitamin B complex 100mg daily. I also ask them to examine themselves about a week after their period. This is usually the best time to examine yourself. Over time you should get a sense of what is normal for you. If it is too difficult for you to assess, your caregiver will just have to do it for you as often as you need it to be done.
