Ovulation, charting, pregnancy

I stopped BC in May, since then I had one period (Oct 21 - 1st day of cycle) induced by cycrin followed by Clomid. Its now day 35 with no period, pregnancy test is negative. My BBT chart looks abnormally high (in temperature, so my doctor says). About a week ago I had brownish discharge, now it is white.

I went to the doctor last week and he said I didn't ovulate (according to my BBT chart) and that I must of been sick (flu) BUT I insisted I wasn't??? He gave me more Clomid. I thought I was suppose to take this after a few days after my period? Since I haven't got a period yet, do I need to get induced again? Could I be pregnant even though the pregnancy test is negative?

I'm going to call my doctor next week when he gets back from vacation but if anyone has any advice/thoughts I'd appreciate it. THANK YOU!
