What is.... anteverted & anteflexed uterus????

Hi everyone, I'm back again, more questions in prep for my hysterectomy.... I was sent to get an MRI done on Friday because the Doctor said that is the only way next to removing my uterus to find out if I actually do have adenomyosis. She said if I do have adenomyosis, they will only have to take the uterus, if not, they will have to remove everything. So, I got the MRI and just picked up the results today. It says nothing about adenomyosis, however, I do have an ovarian cyst 3.0 cm on the right side, a Bartholin's gland cyst 2.0 cm, it also says that my uterus is anteverted and anteflexed, and that I have a distended bladder. Now I have dealt with cyst alot in my time, so that is not questioned (probably means they will do a full hysterectomy though) I want to know if the anteverted & anteflexed uterus is a bad thing... what does that mean? Any info would be great... Thanks... Amber
