Re: Doctors deliver septuplets

My DH is scared silly that I am guaranteed twins, or worse, by taking Clomid 50mg #5. (He of course heard about the septuplets on the news) I told him the odds are 1/10, which his thinks is outrageously high. I also explained that she had to have taken more than Clomid, like the Pergonal and/or something else. He is still not at ease about this and is contemplating my hour-old Rx for more Clomid not be filled. I should be starting it Saturday. Question is: How does the chance for twins with Clomid compare to getting twins without the use of Clomid? It doesn't vary *that* much, does it? I've had +++ OPK's all this time. Thanks.
