information about breastcancerFrom: anneminke (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 18 Nov 1997 19:05:08 -0600 (CST)
Allthough I know this isn't strictly a subject for this forum, I would like to ask you for some insight on the subject. I know there are survivors on the forum! My best friend called me tonight and told me she had a very painfull right-breast since yesterday. So painfull she could hardly touch it. It especially hurts when she touches the nipple and she can feel a sort of lump there. I had two times a lump and both times it turned out to be a false alarm, but I know the panic you feel when you discover it. I thought that when it is bad news, it mostly doesn't hurt. She is going to see her doctor tomorrow. Should she be worried? Thanks for any information!
