Dear Connie/Barbara:

Connie - Barbara is SO right about walking (and about not listening to those idioitic old wives tales). I just wanted to make one comment: Do you remember Tim Conway playing a little old man on The Carol Burnette Show? For the first 3-4 days after my surgery I thought of him every step of the way!!!! I used to mumble just to put myself in character....hahaha! Seriously, though, I bet you will be amazed (I know I was) at how quickly you start feeling better. Once again, good luck. Jean
