I recommend annual exams after a hysterectomy, especially if you are keeping your ovaries. At age 33, I'd also recommend continuing annual paps of the vaginal cuff for a few years, then, if all have been normal and you do not have a history of cervical dysplasia, you could have a pap every 3 years (still need the ovaries checked annually). You are right -- you need a brest exam every year (in addition to the monthly exams you do yourself, of course)
