Hcg levels max out at about 10 weeks and then gradually decrease until 20 weeks, at which point they plateau. Fluctuations in progesterone can be due to when the levle was drawn in relationship to when you had your last shot. 68 is still most excellent, and is higher than it often is in an unsupplemented pregnancy.

Best of luck for a happy pregnancy.
