Due to previous ill health in pregnancy, and continuing problems in this pregnancy, specialist has advised that I not have any more children. This is baby number 5. I wholeheartedly agree with the specialist, but morally, am unable to do anything permanent or chemical to stop conception. So far every baby is two years apart...thanks to the old fashioned rhythm method!! So, apart from abstinence, or the old fashioned catholic roulette (rhythm method!), is there anything new in the field of natural family planning? Thanks for any information in advance!
