after lap no endo found

I had a lap done a week and 1/2 ago and was told no endo was found. The dr said he couldn't think of any tests to do now. So of course i will be looking for a new dr that will help me to get the bottom of my pain. (bad cramps, pain with ovualtion, dirahea, back pain, bloating, heaving bleeding at times, painful intercouse)

My question is: how likely is it that he missed the endo during the lap? I didnt want to have this horrible disease but i was very surprised that i dont have it with all the symptoms. Ive heard that endo looks different then previously thought and maybe he didnt see or look hard enough while he did the lap. He did cut 2 nerves and said this might help with your cramps.

Thanks in advance for any advice. Tricey
