bleeding after intercourse/history of abnormal paps

I am 28 yrs. old and have had a history of abnormal paps(mild-mod/mod-severe dysplasia with hpv) over the past four years. I was treated with LEEP and did fine for a while until recently. I have been having strange pink, watery, somewhat heavy bleeding after intercourse. I also have a low energy level and have noticed a loss in weight. My gyn. first had me go through a another month of pills before he wanted to see me, the problem continued so when I went in he noted a ulcer on my cervix that bleed profusely when touched with a Q-Tip. He started me on antibiotics and did a test to check for infection or a std. This turned out negative, but the bleeding has contineued. I did have a pap which came back normal, I expressed my fear of this being cancer, because from what I have read it sounds just like it, but he has assured me it is not cancer because the paps are normal. He was going to do a biopsy, but from the colp. he did, he said my cervix looks better than he has in a year. We are tring to have children so I was glad to hear this, however; the bleeding started again. This has been off and on now for about six months and with my history, especially having hpv. I am getting worried. I have never been to another gyn. and hate to leave this one. What should I do?
