They've been irregular for as long as I can remember, skipping up to 2-3
at a time. I was on the Pill for over 10 years to 'cure' my
annovulation. My GYN at the time attibuted the cause to my low weight
of 100 lbs. I went off of the Pill 2 years ago and after about 6
months, have had 'regular' periods every 32-40 days, but usually very
light.

Can I get a period if I do not ovulate?

My OB/GYN is not specialized in infertility but her two partners are. I
anticipate being referred to one of them if her initial suggestions
don't 'work'.

I will ask about this.

No to the HSG. A semen analysis has been requested and will be
completed before I take the next dose of Clomid.
> No, I have never been pregnant. The only history that was significant to me was the diagnosis of a polycystic ovary during a sonogram after I complained of severe pain. That was over 10 years ago.
I appreciate all of the follow up questions, but my initial 2 questions
have not been answered. If a 6.2 progesterone test proves that I have
not ovulated, is it conclusive to say that the Clomid did not work and
try again without being worred that something else is wrong?? My biggest
concern are cysts, although reading other posts seem to indicate that
cysts are a common occurrence and that they need not be worried about.
