It is unlikely, but not impossible, that you're pregnant. You need to
call your doctor's office tomorrow, and see if your doctor wishes to
have you get a sensitive blood pregnancy test, known as a Quantitative
HCG or Beta HCG, prior to your LEEP. Please realize that this test
might not be positive for up to 10 days *after* conception, and since
you've been on the pill, there really isn't any way to pinpoint a
conception date. Furthermore, your doctor may suggest that the surgery
be postponed until the issue is resolved.
It would be preferable not to have a LEEP if pregnant, unless it is
absolutely needed and that it is known that you are pregnant.
