There are a variety of reasons you may not be ovulating. Very underweight or very overweight, abnormal thyroid function tests, elevated prolactin level, anovulation (not ovulating secondary to elevated androgen levels and insulin resistance. For this last one there is a medication, Glucophage, which has helped many with this problem. Because there are many facets to this problem, why not ask your doctor to investigate further or have a R.E. do it.
