Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: cramps leading to fainting" Ten months ago, and again last week I experienced, (completely out of the blue) lower abdominal cramps which were so severe that I fainted. First time was at the end of my period, this time around ovulation. Any ideas what I should be investigating? Am due to have a pelvic scan - should I ask them to look at anything in particular?
