Sultrin is a vaginal triple sulfa antibiotic. It shouldn't cause a yeast infection and may clear the cervicitis.

People may or may not spot. It means nothing either way.

During a hysteroscopy a physician will see an ostia (opening) of the fallopian tube, not the tube itself. Just because he/she didn't see it doesn't mean it's not there. a hysterogram (if it's even necessary) might help clear this up.
