Depending upon what you mean by spikes, maybe.

Sorry. Depends what kind of damage, how extensive, what is the appearance on sono, what are the 24 hour urine values.

Pre-eclampsia (toxemia, PIH, HELLP syndrome) is characterized by hypertension in pregnancy. Pressures may be higher and lower, but without medication (for chronic hypertension) it would be less common to be in the normal range at times unless it were mild PIH.
