cells have reacted to some inflammation - not a specific finding and not abnormal

appears to have been affected by estrogen, possibly estrogen therapy (birth control pills?)

self explanatory and coincides with first response above.

supposed to be.

If you mean Class II and III, if there is no problem now, appropriately timed observation as recommended by your physician is called for.
