About one third of women have a retroverted (tilted) uterus. You need to check out if you are ovulating. If you are, the tubes, lining og the uterus and the cervix and its mucus are next to be checked. A semenanalysis may also be necessary, especially if nothing can be found in your reproductive system. BTW, what do mean by trouble? More than a year?
