Thanks for any info. Andrea, You complaint is annoying but not abnormal in the pathologic sense. Oral contraceptives would be an effective treatment but since you don't want them, leave it alone. If you wish to pursue this, discuss an endometrail biopsy and vaginal sonogram with your doctor. Personally, I'd do no testing and only treat with O.Cs if the patient wanted them. in your age group, the liklihood of a true abnormality is small.
