Problems at the age of 20!

I was recently to my GYN, only to find out some bad news. She told me I have endometreosis, and an ovarian cyst the size of a lemon or so. I now have to go back to her for another check up, and I am already frightened! I am a 20 year old virgin, so I have a really rough time relaxing; therefore, the exam really hurts! Do you have any suggestions? Another problem I have noticed, and I'm not sure if it's worth mentioning to my doctor...or is this normal? For the past week I have had a bad discharge, I was first told by my friend who is also a nurse that it could be a yeast infection; however, I have no burning or itching, I have also had diarrea for a few days. Could this be another problem or not related??? My doctors appointment is on the 5th of November, and I am already fretting...Please help!

Thank you very much! Kristen
