Painful intercourse since surgery. On Premarin .625 b.i.d. Just recently have tried a new vaginal hormonal ring to see if this helps. TAH/BSO for severe endometriosis. Am I going to be a 38 y/o female that will have painful intercourse the rest of my life? Diet has been revamped to include more soy products and also using Pro-Gest creme. Still having heat flashes and night sweats. Is this considered normal for post-op complaint?
