Miriam I'm so sorry you had to face the pain of miscarriage again; I know first hand how devastating it is. It is possible the micro-clotting caused by anticardiolipin antibodies lead to your early miscarriage -- the pregnacy may not have been able to implant properly. Other possible causes are low progesterone levels and chromosomal abnormalities. There is no set waiting period before trying again. There is no increase in subsequent miscarriage rates if you get pregnat right away o if you wait 6 or 12 months. The best time to try again is when you are emotionally and spiritually ready. After my first miscarriage, I tried right away; after my second it took over 6 months before I could let go of the fear and even think about trying again. you'll know when you're ready. Take good care, Kelly
