Be very cautious about Xanax. It is a very addictive drug.
Zoloft is an anti-depressant, which works very well and is
not addictive (some SSRI type drugs are used to treat addiction).
It can take one to three weeks to see effects from an anti-
depressant, so a week is not enough time. The initial fatigue
is transient and should go away. The primary effect on sex is
retardation of ejaculation in males - that's a good thing for
some men :-). and orgasm difficulty in women. If you are
really depressed and need the Zoloft, these side effects are
worth the benefit you get when the Zoloft does it's work and
elevates the mood.
