Incompetent cervix after conization

A few years ago, I had a conization performed after being diagnosed with moderate dysplasia of the cervix. I am currently pregnant and wondering how this may affect my pregnancy. How great are your chances of having an incompetent cervix after a conization and what are some of the symptoms of an incompetent cervix? Is there any way to try to identify this problem before a miscarriage occurs? Thank you for addressing my concerns!
