As I've stated before, I am not a medical doctor, but I do know that when I was pregnant, I read a tremendous amount of books on pregnancy, (as most new moms-to-be do!), and the majority of them stated that it was safe to have one (1) glass of wine daily, if the mother chose to do so, without causing harm to the baby. I myself never did, but that's only because I have a very low tolerance for wine, and I would've started carrying on like the village idiot if I had! :)

If it's something that you are truly not comfortable with, then you might want to try other alternatives to relaxing, such as a nice long soak in the tub, with your favorite book and some soothing music in the background. It can be done!! I hate to run this advice into the ground, but it is so true that it's worth repeating: Pamper yourself with long soaks in the tub, sleep all day if you want, go to a really nice restaurant and enjoy it all of the above to the fullest! Once the blessed day arrives, a good nights sleep, a long bath (bath??? you'll be lucky to grab a quick shower!), and eating at "adult" restaurants will be distant memories!!
