I EXERCISE THREE TIMES A WEEK FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR. TWINTY TO THIRY MINUTES ARE ON THE STEPPER. IN ADDITION TO THAT, I ENJOY THE STEPPER A COUPLE OTHER DAYS DURING THE WEEK. MY PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET PRENANT FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW. AND, HAVE PEOPLE TELLING ME I EXERCISE TO MUCH AND HAVE TO LITTLE BODYFAT. I HAVE A REGULAR CYCLE AND WEIGH ABOUT 120 LBS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT MY BODYFAT LEVEL IS. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS.
