There were three nurses stranded on an island, when they happened across a genie lamp. They began rubbing the lamp, and shortly, a genie appeared who granted them each one wish. The first nurse said, "I wish to be an Olympic swimmer." and 'POOF' her wish was granted and she swam off the island. The second nurse said, "I wish to be an engineer." and 'POOF' her wish was granted and she built a raft and sailed off the island. The third nurse, after watching the first two nurses take advantage of their wishes to get off the island, said, "I wish to be a doctor." and 'POOF' her wish was granted and she turned around and walked across the bridge.
