If they've been on the Depo for a while (around a year or more), I've seen it take 9+ months to start cycling regularly again, and up to a year and a half to achieve pregnancy.

Achieve optimum body weight, eat a healthy diet, reduce stress (don't ask me how to do that). Some herbs that may help are blue cohash, chaste tree and motherwort. You may want to look for a book called "The Complete Woman's Herbal" by Anne McIntyre. Be careful with using herbs -- just because it's natural doesn't mean it doesn't hae side effects.

If you are 29, in good health, you'd really be better off seeing what your body does on it's own. Again, it may take another year to get pregnant. If that kind of timeframe doesn't work for you. talk to your doctor. >
