Cervical polyps are pretty common and often cause some mild spotting in pregnancy. They rarely lead to infection or miscarriage if left alone (more problems probably occur if we try to take them off). Where cultures done when you were in the hospital, and if so, what did they show? With the negative tests for blood clotting problems, your chances for a miscarriage due to antiphospholipid syndrom are low; however, with the history of developing blood clots during pregnancy, I'd put you on low dose aspirin and heparin the next time around.
