I have been experienced some mid cycle bleeding this month on the exact day I was supposed to be ovulating. I have never experienced mid-cycle bleeding, I have been off of birth control for over four months and have an almost perfect 28 day cycle. I talked to my OB nurse and she said not to worry about it. It is light bleeding almost spotting, but I have had cramping on my right lower side. What are the possible causes of this? I took a preg. test, but it came out negative.
